Your password is valid for 180 days, after 180 days an email is sent to your registered email address requesting that you change your password.
You have 10 days in which to change the password, if you have not done so after this time, a new password is automatically generated and sent to your registered email address.
When changing passwords please ensure you choose a strong password.
We have provided a javascript password strength indicator that displays the strength of your password.
New passwords cannot be the same as any of the previous 5 passwords that you have used.
If when logging on with this new password and you are copying it, please ensure that you haven't copied any spaces, either at the beginning or the end.
If you are typing in the new password please be aware that all passwords are case sensitive.

If after 190 days you have not accessed your account we will disable the account and send an email to inform you of this.
In the email will be a link to allow you to re-enable your account, the linked web page will prompt you to create a new password.
