Use of Site
- Gallagher Security (GSMS) authorises you to view and download the materials from this website (“Site”) for GSMS work related purposes, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials.
- You may not share your username or password with anyone else.
- Selected information available from this Site shall be treated as confidential including but not limited to the information available in Product Documentation and Technical Support. Confidentiality is indicated in each section of this Site where this is a requirement. Confidential information may only be made available to customers and other parties directly involved in the resolution of issues related to the customer's PowerFence ™ system.
- Unless otherwise indicated on particular pages of this Site, you may not modify the content of documents available from this Site in any way or misrepresent them.
- Any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer environment without permission from GSMS for any purpose is prohibited.
- The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

- Any tools that are made available to download from this Site are the property of GSMS and/or its partners. These tools are available to users to use for Gallagher related business. Where graphical files are made available the user shall comply with the guidelines provided for their use.

- In the event user submissions are accommodated through this Site, GSMS does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through this Site.
- Any material, information, or other communication you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. GSMS will have no obligations with respect to these communications. GSMS and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
